Shipping and Returns

What are postage prices?

At Finn & Jax we do not inflate the prices of our products to absorb the cost of postage, instead we keep the prices of our products low and only charge you what it costs us for postage. We have a flat standard rate of $10.00 and if your order is over $100.00, standard postage is Free Australia wide. Express Post is a flat rate of $18.00.

How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible and we aim for 1-2 business days to ship but in very busy periods it may take up to 3 days. Shipping is through Australia Post so please allow 2-10 days depending on your location or please choose Express Post if you require your items sooner.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this stage we do not offer International Shipping but please check back soon.

What is your return policy? 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind after an order has been processed due to the nature of our products.
